Babatunde Olusola Thomas popularly known as Shola Jayy The Dope or Shola Twitter Influencer is a Life coach, Social Media expert, Digital marketer and social media influencer. He is the founder and Lead at The Alpha Media Agency, a full stack digital marketing agency specialising in Twitter Promotions, Trends, Campaigns, Sales Of Twitter and IG accounts, Instagram followers growth of both Business and Personal pages, Social media account management, and content creation.

The 25 year old Babatunde Olusola Thomas is the fist son of five children. He has four other siblings; two sisters and two brothers.

Shola is a graduate of Chemical Engineering from the Ladoke Akintola University of Technology (LAUTECH), Ogbomoso, Oyo State.

He became famous in 2020 when he was unlawfully detained by the police for allegedly setting up a Twitter parody account of the former President of Nigeria, Goodluck Ebele Jonathan.

The digital marketer spent 81 days at the Force Criminal Investigation Department, Abuja, even as he made the express clarification in the biography of the parody Twitter account that the account does not belong to the former President, an event that left him traumatized.

The popular Shola Twitter influencer who was also a victim of police brutality said his 2020 illegal detention, "made me realize police aren’t your friend. Also, the experience was traumatic, but it made me more courageous. It made me realize my right as a citizen of Nigeria too.”

Babatunde Olusola was still an undergraduate student of the Ladoke Akintola University of Technology, Ogbomoso, when he was unlawfully detained by the police for allegedly setting up a Twitter parody account of former President Goodluck Jonathan in 2020.

The life coach and social media expert further the success of #EndSARS was due to the use of social media, while its failure was caused by government interference.

Babatunde Olusola Thomas, popularly known as Shola Jayy The Dope recently championed the “Alpha Male” movement on social media against manipulative women.

According to Shola, the movement which was initially tagged “Masculinity Awareness” is aimed at raising high-value men. The concept is that a man should feign indifference for a woman he thinks is a potential love interest.

One thing stands out about Shola: his hyper-masculinity and he harges a $200 fee for a private consultation session.
