Daniel Olubunmi is a Graduate of the Department of Medical Rehabilitation (Physiotherapy), Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife. He's a Public Speaker, Corporate Compere and a Political Enthusiast.
In an interview with NELOC Media, Daniel Olubunmi reveals that He hails from Modakeke, Ife East Area Local Government, Osun State and is the first child of 3 children. He completed both primary and secondary education at the Royal Nursery & Primary School and Royal Comprehensive High School, Modakeke, Osun State, respectively. He's a Christian, a Multi-Instrumentalist, a student leader on Campus, a Corporate Compere and a Public Speaker with major focus on Youth inclusion in politics and leadership, Social media and Entrepreneurship. In his words, he's conquering his locality through all of the things he does.
By virtue of recommendation, Daniel was part of the 30 micro-influencers selected for "Ondo4Atiku" campaign, a social media campaign driven to ensure the victory of the PDP Presidential Candidate, Former Vice President, Federal Republic of Nigeria, Atiku Abubakar, in Ondo State, which was a success.
Daniel has served in different capacities on the campus, most especially, in the College of Health Sciences. Director, College of Health Sciences Music Band (2019- till present), Chief of Staff, for the Faculty of Basic Medical Silver Jubilee Anniversary (2019), and an active Volunteer for the Faculty Grillo's Lecture (2018- till present). Served both in the Executive Council and in the Parliament of IFUTSA OAU for 4 years. He's a premium leader committed to raising a generation of African Leaders.
Daniel has spoken in different conferences across UNILAG, University of Ibadan and OAU with major focus on Youth Inclusion in Politics & leadership and entrepreneurship. Panel Session Moderator at the National Students Legislative Conference 2019, and at the HultPrize On-campus Event, the largest entrepreneurship event on OAU campus and largest student platform for launch of for-good and for-profit business ideas.
He was recognized in February 2019 by the Business Elites Africa as one of the Young Social Media Champs in Africa, and had one his works on "Mastering the Market" for entrepreneurs published on VARSITY LIFE Magazine.
He has won different IFUTSA Awards, Online Media Personality of the year (2016), Most Influential Male Student (2016 & 2019), Most Popular Male Student (2017) and Student Political Icon of the Year (2019).
